Attending the 2025 YPN Advance Conference in Chicago was an incredibly meaningful experience for me, both personally and professionally. This two-day workshop brought together YPN chairs, vice chairs, and staff liaisons from top markets across the country in the heart of downtown Chicago. Being in a room with so many passionate, driven young professionals created an environment rooted in collaboration, open dialogue, and shared growth. We dove into important conversations around leadership, business development, and how to positively influence our peers while strengthening YPN as a valuable resource for members at every stage of their career.

What stood out most was the lasting network that came from this experience. I’ve built genuine relationships with leaders nationwide who I continue to connect with, exchange ideas, and collaborate alongside as we share what’s working in our markets and how we’re navigating challenges. As Chair of Park City YPN, it was an honor to represent our community, share insights from our market, and bring home fresh ideas that will help YPN continue to grow into an impactful, welcoming space for new agents, seasoned professionals, and anyone looking to connect and collaborate.

As a newer Realtor in Park City, I’m incredibly grateful to be part of such a supportive, forward-thinking community. YPN has become a powerful way for me to give back, uplift my peers, and help create rooms where people feel energized, connected, and inspired. I believe strongly in leading with positivity, kindness, and enthusiasm, and I’m excited to continue building something that truly benefits our members and strengthens the future of our industry here in Park City.
