Dear Members,
I’m thrilled to officially step into the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Park City Board of REALTORS®. Even early on, it was clear this association reflects the best of our industry — dedicated professionals working together to serve an exceptional community.
Before joining PCBR, I served as Vice President of Programs and Engagement for the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, where I helped expand member education, secure major grant funding, and grow engagement through fresh, forward-thinking initiatives. My career has also spanned leadership roles with William Raveis Real Estate and within the financial services sector, where I developed a passion for strategic growth and service excellence.
I’ve been fortunate to serve the REALTOR® community on the national stage as well — through the AE Leadership Academy, the AEC/RCE Advisory Board Committee, and the AEC Broker Relationship Workgroup initiatives at the National Association of REALTORS®. Each of these experiences has reinforced my belief in the power of collaboration and innovation within our profession.
As I step into this role at PCBR, my focus is on listening, learning, and leading with intention. Together with our talented staff, board of directors, and membership, we’ll build on our strong foundation to:
- Enhance member value through education, resources, and advocacy;
- Foster community connections that demonstrate the impact REALTORS® have beyond the transaction; and
- Embrace innovation that keeps our association — and our members — ahead of change.
Real estate continues to evolve at an incredible pace, yet the essence of what we do hasn’t changed — we help people put down roots and build community. The REALTORS® of Park City embody that purpose every day, combining professionalism with a deep commitment to service. I’m eager to build on that momentum as we shape PCBR’s next chapter of growth and impact.
