We are excited to announce that Jennifer Armandi, RCE, C2EX, has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of our Association.

Jennifer is a strategic and customer-centric leader with more than a decade of executive and management experience across real estate, banking, and association leadership. She most recently served as Vice President of Programs and Engagement for the Cape Cod & Islands Association of REALTORS®, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives, expanded professional development opportunities, secured significant grant funding, and advanced member engagement.

Her background includes leadership roles at William Raveis Real Estate, Bank of America Merchant Services, Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank, and TD Bank, where she built high-performing teams, drove measurable growth, and consistently delivered results. Jennifer has also been deeply involved at the national level, contributing to the National Association of REALTORS® through the AE Leadership Academy, AEC/RCE Advisory Board Committee, and Broker Relations initiatives.

A REALTOR® Certified Executive and licensed Massachusetts real estate professional, Jennifer is passionate about strengthening member value, fostering innovation, and advancing the mission of the REALTOR® community.
