I am both humbled and honored to serve as your 2025 President of this incredible organization, and I am excited to begin this journey with all of you. As a longtime member of the Aspen Board of Realtors, I’ve experienced firsthand the value and importance of our brokerage community, and I truly believe it’s time for me to give back to the industry and the people that have provided me so much over the years.

This is a pivotal time for our profession, as recent changes within the industry—along with ongoing legal challenges—have created a landscape that requires careful attention and proactive management. I want to assure you that the board of directors is fully committed to staying on top of these developments and ensuring that we remain informed about any structural shifts or legal decisions that may impact how we conduct business with our clients - the consumer, as well as how it will affect us as independent contractors and small business owners, which most all of us are. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and keep you, our valued members, informed of any updates or actions that may affect our daily operations.

 The year ahead promises to be both challenging and rewarding, but with your support, I am confident that we will not just continue to thrive and grow but also continue to improve the real estate brokerage services model to better serve the consumer. My goal as President is to lead with transparency, collaboration, and a focus on keeping our organization strong and relevant in this evolving market.
