NAR: Important Resources Regarding Class Action Litigation

To help members explain and better understand the ongoing litigation facing NAR, we have prepared the attached PPT and accompanying fact sheet (also attached). We encourage you to use this as a reference to get to know where things stand, the facts behind the lawsuits and what NAR is doing to fight for our members and pro-consumer rules. In addition, where relevant, we recommend you present and distribute these materials during your upcoming regularly scheduled meetings with members/association leaders.
