I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank you for your continued support and involvement in the Realtor organization. Your dedication and participation are what keep our community strong, vibrant, and forward-moving.

On that note, I hope you had the opportunity to participate in the 2025 ABOR Spring Tour, which featured an impressive 98 homes with a combined value of $417,837,000 over just four days. Events like these highlight the strength and energy of our market—and they wouldn’t be possible without you and our committee volunteers!

At the recent May board meeting, the directors voted to implement Realtors Property Resource® (RPR), an innovative platform designed to support, enhance and streamline your business. This exciting new and powerful tool in our quiver provides access to listings, public record data, pricing tools, customizable client reports, market trends, and even an AI-powered ChatGPT script writer—along with a variety of market value tools, just to name a few. Best of all, this tool comes at no additional cost to you, the member. Stay tuned for notifications of its upcoming release.

In addition, I hope that you're taking advantage of the upcoming continuing education opportunities. We are offering two in-person courses on June 10th at the Hoffman Hotel, featuring Damian Cox with Legal Pitfalls and Brie Aljets with the 2025 Annual Commission Update. These sessions are a great way to stay informed, meet CE requirements, and stay ahead in an ever-evolving market. Like I always have to remind my children, none of us know everything! As professionals in our chosen industry, we should always take more education than just the minimum needed to meet our CE requirements. Never stop learning!

Lastly, as your ABOR representative I will be attending the upcoming 2025 Realtors Legislative Meetings® in DC. The purpose of the annual RLM meetings is to bring together thousands of members to conduct the business of NAR® and unite for a common cause – advancing the real estate profession through powerful, impactful policy advocacy which benefits our clients, the consumer, as well as us, the real estate professionals and independent contractors. I look forward to productive and successful advocacy efforts and will provide an update in the next edition of the Aspen Realtor.
