The Aspen Glenwood MLS is currently working on a delayed marketing exempt listing policy, DMEL. N.A.R. just came out with the new policy on Friday and you can review it here, New N.A.R. policy. Each MLS will have discretion to determine a delayed marketing period that is most suitable for their local marketplace. It could be XX days or the life of the listing.

We are working closely with our attorneys on creating this new policy. The backend of the MLS may need to be updated to allow a status for DMEL listings. We could decide to not have a DMEL listing status and just go with what is already in the MLS.
