As AI moves closer to higher-stakes work such as pricing and market interpretation, expectations for accuracy and control rise, making trust a critical factor.
The real gap isn’t interest—it’s confidence. Accuracy is the top concern (62%), and agents are clear that AI should support professional judgment, not replace it. As AI adoption continues to mature, training, transparency and client-ready use cases—especially around CMAs and market analysis—will shape how confidently agents bring AI into their workflows and conversations.
