Tales of Title Terror!

The course provides different scenarios of potential pitfalls and trouble areas in real estate transactions in order to help provide them from occurring in future transactions. It helps the attendees understand what documentation is required for correct, clear title transfers and why those requirements must be upheld. We will discuss ways to detect potential fraud in transactions and the role title insurance plays in protection against such fraudulent activities. This class is for 1 hour of CORE credit and is taught by Chad Phillips with US Title.

UT REPC

Tom Morgan will be presenting this information-packed 3 hour CORE class analyzing the changes to the New Utah REPC & the on legal issues that affect REALTORS. He will focus on the additions and deletions & the areas that may cause common mistakes made in transactions dealing with the REPC. This class will point out those issues and provide solutions to help agents and brokers avoid falling prey to these mistakes. Cost is $30/members, $40/non-members. Class is in-person at the Board office.

Financing Resort Real Estate
