Dear members,

As we close out another remarkable year at the Park City Board of REALTORS®, I am filled with gratitude and excitement for what lies ahead. 2025 has been a year of meaningful transition, thoughtful growth, and renewed energy — all thanks to the dedication of our members, volunteer leaders, and staff.

One of our big milestones was welcoming Jennifer Armandi as our new Chief Executive Officer at the beginning of October. After a national search involving four interview rounds over the last several months, we landed on a fantastic finalist. She is a wonderful communicator, deeply inquisitive, and entrepreneurially driven. Jenn brings a unique blend of leadership experience, industry insight, and community-minded vision to PCBR. Her collaborative approach ensures that our association will continue to thrive while serving the evolving needs of our members and the real estate community in the Wasatch Back. Please join me in giving Jenn a warm welcome to our local ranks!

Over the course of the year, we’ve also clarified and reaffirmed key priorities underpinning our strategic plan: professionalism, advocacy, and member engagement. We are working to strengthen our educational offerings, build stronger interlocal alliances to bolster lobbying around housing-centric issues, and reinforce the tight-knit social fabric between REALTORS® in the Wasatch Back. PCBR continues to serve as both a trusted industry voice and a unifying force in our community.

Past Presidents were also engaged to provide thought leadership beyond our traditional annual luncheon—something we plan to continue to preserve and draw upon our Association’s institutional knowledge. We’re also committed to cultivating future leaders through committee participation and leadership development opportunities, ensuring diverse voices and perspectives are represented at every level. The vitality of PCBR depends on this ongoing exchange of ideas and energy, and I’m proud of the momentum we’re building together.

Looking ahead, I’m thrilled to introduce your 2026 Board of Directors — a talented, dedicated group that reflects the depth and breadth of our membership. Gretchen Hudgens (President) will be lead alongside Osiris Cabral (President-Elect), Dallin Quinn (Treasurer), myself (Past-President), Grady Kohler (MLS President), JanaLee Jacobsen, Jessica Bateman, Toni Faulk, Graham Harter, Dawn Chapman, and Sam Cubis. This group’s passion and expertise will guide PCBR into a bright future built on integrity, collaboration, and innovation.

As I reflect on the past year, I’m reminded that what makes our association truly exceptional isn’t just what we accomplish, but how we accomplish it. In a globally divisive and tumultuous year, I’ve seen you—my peers—rise above the fray and work with integrity. Thank you for setting the standard, staying engaged, and continuing to believe in our community.
